Bookings can be made online, telephone, fax, post, or email and are regarded as confirmed bookings when made.

Booking confirmation

Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice.

Payment

All course fees must be paid in full no later than 21 days prior to the start of the course or immediately for late bookings. Settlement of the invoice is only deemed to have happened when the full amount has been paid and cleared.

All late bookings, first confirmed within 21 working days of the course date will be subject to normal cancellation and transfer terms and conditions.

Credit and debit cards

Payment can be made through credit or debit card. All card transactions are processed through CardSave secure payment gateway. The CardSave payment gateway accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo and JCB. Please note that your card details are never stored on TwoTwoFive servers. All credit and debit card purchases are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment to TwoTwoFive, the booking will not be accepted.

Fee guidance

All TwoTwoFive courses are subject to UK Government Value Added Tax (VAT) (for courses held in the UK only) at 20%. Course fees include all relevant course materials, refreshments and lunch.

Special requirements

TwoTwoFive will make every effort to accommodate any special requirements, dietary needs, arrangements for personal religious worship and disabled delegates.

Joining instructions

Joining instructions including an outline of the day, venue details, map and local hotel details will be issued approximately two weeks prior to the course. If you have not received your joining instructions seven days prior to the training course, please call +44 (0)1279 874610. TwoTwoFive will not be held responsible for non-receipt of joining instructions and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances.

Venues

Details of the specific venue used will be sent in the joining instructions for all courses.

Dress code

There is no dress code; however, most participants choose to wear smart casual clothing.

1. Cancellations
If you notify TwoTwoFive in writing or via email up to 22 days before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of 10% of the course fee (plus VAT). If you withdraw for whatever reason within 21 days prior to the course start date, the full fee will remain payable if you are unable to nominate a substitute attendee.
If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked and have not given prior notice to TwoTwoFive then the course fee will remain payable in full.

2. Transfers & Substitutions
Written notification is required to transfer a booking to another course. Course bookings can be transferred without charge when notification is received 91 or more working days prior to the start date of the originally booked course. Where notification is received within 22-90 working days (inclusive) of the start date of the originally booked course, a once only transfer is allowed with a 5% charge applied based on the original fee. If that transfer is then cancelled or changed at any time, the full course fee remains payable.
No transfers can be made within 1-21 days of the course; therefore 100% of course fee will be payable. Only one transfer is permitted per booking.
For TwoTwoFive courses, clients may substitute the original delegate with another person at no extra charge up to 24 hours prior to the course start date. Written notification is required to substitute a delegate.

Cancellation of course by TwoTwoFive

Where circumstances dictate, TwoTwoFive reserves the right to alter published programmes, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled, a refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.

Intellectual property

For TwoTwoFive programmes, materials provided by them remain the intellectual property of TwoTwoFive and its partners, who assert their right to worldwide copyright unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

All materials made available to the Attendees as part of the Course are, and shall at all times remain, the intellectual property of TwoTwoFive and its Partners. TwoTwoFive and its Partners hereby grants the Attendee the non-exclusive right to use said materials in its normal business operations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no rights are granted to the Attendee to copy, translate, adapt or use said materials for the purpose of providing training to third parties, including other employees of the Attendee's company/organisation.

Other terms

TwoTwoFive reserves the right to remove any delegate from their programme should their behaviour be deemed to be inappropriate by TwoTwoFive or its partners. This would result in no refund of course fees or other costs being given.
Special requirements and dietary needs can be met and arrangements for personal religious worship or for disabled delegates easily made. Simply state your requirements at the time of booking and we will make all the necessary preparations prior to your arrival.

Data protection

TwoTwoFive operates in a mainly business-to-business environment. The information you submit will be kept confidential and stored within a computer database or otherwise, by TwoTwoFive, under strictly regulated conditions in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Any personal information provided by you to TwoTwoFive will be used for the following purposes:

    Updating and enhancing your TwoTwoFive records;
    Advising you of other TwoTwoFive Group services which may be of interest.

TwoTwoFive will not make this information available to organisations outside of the TwoTwoFive Group without your consent.
By proceeding to register with TwoTwoFive you are consenting to the processing of your personal data as required and stated above.

The TwoTwoFive website does not handle your credit or debit card details. Your credit or debit card information is entered once you've been directed to the secure CardSave payment gateway. TwoTwoFive does not hold your credit card or debit card information, including your account number, anywhere on our database at any time.

Liability

The TwoTwoFive does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training courses including course material. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of TwoTwoFive. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
